The Blarney Girls began life twelve years ago as a trio of Celtic musicians based out of Georgia, featuring the soaring soprano Liz Robbins, the sizzling fiddle of Reva Paget and the solid backbone of guitar, bass and bouzouki of Michael Robbins.
"The violin can sing a melody better than a piano, and melody is the soul of music," Max Bruch once said. While pianists might beg to differ on that point, this weekend is all about the violin.
