Eating Ultra-Processed Foods Linked to 32 Health Issues Like Heart Disease


High exposure to ultra-processed foods like sodas, candy, pre-packaged meat, sugary cereals, and potato chips is connected to an increased risk of 32 health issues including cancer, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and respiratory disorders, depression, anxiety, and early death, according to a new study published in The BMJTrusted Source on February 28.
