While Budapest dazzles visitors with its art nouveau architecture, thermal baths and ruin pubs, it’s well worth taking a few day trips to get to know a bit more of Hungary.
Budapest is high on my list of favorite European cities. If you are planning your first trip there, you will love it. From the time I checked into my hotel on lovely Andrassy Boulevard, I felt a connection with Budapest.
They call Budapest the Paris of the East and we certainly think it lives up to its reputation. It has elegant boulevards. It has so much beautiful architecture.
Europe offers plenty of destinations for all tastes and interests — from blue coastlines with sandy beaches to winding mountain trails to historical destinations that date back over a thousand years.
