What you can expect at FedEx Ground:

• Fast-paced and physical warehouse work – why pay for a gym membership when you can get paid while working out?


• Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting of packages of various sizes.


• Part-time FedEx Ground employees work one shift a day; full-time FedEx Ground employees work two shifts.


• Shift lengths vary based on package volume – generally, part-time employees work between 3 and 6 hours a day. Full-time employees can expect to work between 6 and 10 hours.


• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Additional Location Information: The FedEx Ground Norcross location is currently hiring for part-time and full-time package handlers. Start working immediately with starting pay rate up to $19.50 with weekly pay.

NOCROSS SHIFT AVAILABILITES

Preload sort: Starts as early as 2 AM and runs until all packages have been sorted and loaded into the trucks.

Day sort: Runs between 1P-4PM.

Outbound sort: Starts as early as 5 pm and runs until packages have been sorted and loaded into the trucks.

End times vary for preload and outbound due to FedEx ground being volume-based, all packages must be sorted and loaded prior to the end of each shift.
