Very clean and well maintained travel trailer. Many amenities are included such as a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, linens and blankets, and bath towels.

What's included

This camper has a very spacious living room floorplan provided by the large slide-out. Flat-screen TV in the living room and a sound bar for amazing sound! Soft and cozy string lights are draped across the slide-out for a warm ambiance feel! Dual recliners and a futon-style sofa. We provide extra pillows and blankets for guests. The kitchen is equipped with a 1000W microwave, 3 burner propane stove, propane/electric conversion refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, and some spices for cooking. A breakfast nook with bench seats converts into a small bed for the kids! The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, vent fan, and a skylight. We provide soap, shampoo, and towels. Finally, after a long day, you will love the quality memory foam queen bed, so very comfortable! The walk-around bed has closet space on each side for your clothes. Why not pop some popcorn and watch a movie in bed on the Smart TV!
Outside the camper is a 20’ awning with LED lights to enjoy the nightlife! The radio/CD player plays inside the camper as well as outside for entertaining. We supply grilling and camping accessories and 2 fold-up chairs for your pleasure.

Recommendations

This camper is available for full 30A hookups. Primitive/boondocking camping is allowed but it's suggested to bring/rent a generator. Fresh tank is 45gal, gray/black tanks 26gal. Whenever possible it's ideal to use the campground restrooms to eliminate filling up the wastewater tanks. You may want to bring bedding for the dinette convertible bunkie bed and the futon sofa bed. We recommend sleeping bags for the kids. We do not provide linens for the dinette bed, however, we do provide extra pillows and blankets.

Other things to note

We only ask that you leave the camper as you found it. We love dogs and cats, but please, no pets in the camper. And no smoking in the camper. Any damage due to pets, smoking, or flooding due to negligence of emptying wastewater tanks when full will result in renter losing their security deposit.
