Linens for the queen bed are provided but all other linens are the responsibility of the renter. For those seeking a more remote setting we offer a generator to help keep some creature comforts (running the A/C) and an outside shower with hot water. A power folding awning makes setting up a shady place to sit a snap and a fan is provided to ensure a cool breeze is blowing. Folding chairs are included for sitting outside and an extra cooler lets you keep the cold beverages close at hand. A fresh water filter is provided to keep things fresh and clean. For those that enjoy a hot cup of coffee a single cup Keurig coffee maker is provided along with creamer and sweetener. Cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware are provided. If you enjoy camping but hate the hassle of towing and setting up camp consider the delivery option. Delivery includes drop off, utilities connected (water, power, and sewage), air conditioner or heater started to ensure its comfortable when you arrive, hot water heater started for a shower if needed, and bottled water in the fridge. Then when the fun is had we come and pack everything up and take it away.
