Adjoining the kitchen is the butler's pantry/study area with knee space desk and skylight. This area can be closed if privacy is needed. Perfect for bringing your laptop and working remotely while on vacay. Spacious master bedroom with one slide has king bed and ample storage. 32” TV. Bed linens are provided for master/living room pullout. Bathroom has oversize shower with seat, vanity with medicine cabinet, and foot pedal flush porcelain toilet. LED ceiling lights throughout..
"S'more Smoky Mountains?" has two power adjustable awnings with LED lighting. Outside shower. Exterior marine grade speakers. There are two A/C units for your comfort, thus 50 amp service is required. Also has 35,000 BTU high output furnace. Cable and satellite connections. Equipped with carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, propane gas leak detector, and fire extinguisher.
We will deliver and set up within 50 miles of Maryville, TN (not to leave the state of Tennessee). Delivery, set up, and take down fee of $150 applies.
"S'More Smoky Mountains?" is Non Smoking, Non Vaping, and pets are not allowed. Dry camping is not allowed, we only deliver to campgrounds with full electrical (50 amp), water, and sewer hookups. Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in any unit. Please cook any odorous foods such as fish or curry outside.
No generator provided. Delivery fee is $150. No rooftop access.
No pets allowed unless the listing specifies it is a pet friendly unit. Bringing an unauthorized pet will forfeit your security deposit.
Please leave the RV as you found it. $150 cleaning fee if left excessively dirty.
Please wash and put away all kitchen equipment you have used, and take out the trash. Strip beds, and leave linens on bed in master. Leave towels in basket in shower. Please wipe down all surfaces with a lysol wipe at the end of your vacation.
