Come join us for a relaxing getaway in this new travel trailer. We are centrally located near Gatinburg TN, Ashville NC, and Bristol VA. My wife and I offer setup and delivery as well as pick up from your camping location so as to make your trip as stress-free as possible. If you select delivery as an "add on", this also includes the pick-up, grey and black tank draining, and tear-down.
The interior and exterior are in great condition! This travel trailer has a queen-size bed and two double bunks. The sofa and dining table converts to beds as well, allowing for up to 8 people to sleep comfortably!
The kitchen area is stocked with a 3 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is also a double basin sink and a pantry for food storage. In addition, we provide plates, bowls, and glasses. We also provide disposable plasticware for your safety.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and mirrored medicine cabinet for additional storage. There is also storage located at the front of the camper and even more hidden storage in the interior.
The master bedroom has a sliding door for privacy.
All cables and hoses for electricity and water are provided.
This camper also has 1 slideout, a retractable awning, electric stabilizing jacks, as well as an electric jack stand for easy unhitching.
This travel trailer also has 2, 40lb propane tanks.
The bedding and towels in the pictures are included with your rental.
We DO NOT permit "Dry Camping". All rentals must be at a location that has a "Full Hookup" site. This means a stable power source, water source, and sewer drain. Absolutely NO Generators. If your site doesn't have a sewer drain, the RV park or Campground Must at least have a dumping station for the Grey and Black tanks.
Before returning the camper, you are required to empty the Grey and Black tanks so as to keep the towing weight at a minimum.

What's included

We provide fresh linens as well as towels for your trip as well as plates, glasses, bowls, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. We also provide disposable plastic wear for your safety.

Recommendations

Oksana and I recommend that you try the Townsend KOA. It is absolutely wonderful as well as the Greenbriar campground on Hwy. 321 near Gatlinburg, TN. Fantastic places to camp!

Other things to note

Dry camping IS NOT permitted. You must have a campsite with a stable electricity source as well as water and sewer connections. We do allow small pets but this is something you will need to select as an add-on. If you do not inform us of a pet you will be bringing and there is excessive pet hair or urine to clean, there will be a $200.00 fee deducted from your deposit.
All renters will need to be on time for a delivery or if the renter is picking up. If you are late for an agreed-upon time, you will be charged a $50.00 per hour late fee. We are relatively flexible but we do ask that you adhere to our agreed-upon meeting time.
