Unit is best suited for 1-2 people. However, the dinnette can fold down for an extra bed for 1-2 younger children but its not recommended for adult sized people. (we do not supply extra sheets/blankets for the dinette bed or extra towels and supplies for more than two people)

I have a weight distribution hitch but don’t guarantee it will work for your vehicle if you are towing.

*** No Pets without prior approval. Only pets that will be allowed are Dogs. Must be crated when left alone in camper. $250 Pet cleaning fee if evidence of pets found (fur/hair on furniture, floors for example). Interior Damages Insurance is mandatory (OD charges $69 one time fee for this.)
* Camper to be returned cleaned (all surfaces, bathroom, kitchen, dinette), garbage removed, floors swept/mopped. Make sure stove top/oven, fridge, sinks are clean as well. Cleaning fee applies if this is not done *see cleaning schedule*
* Be sure to dump grey and black water tanks. Dump Black water tank first, then dump grey water to flush out the lines. If tanks are not dumped upon return there will be a $100 charge to your deposit.
