Tellico Plains-Gateway to the Cherokee National Forest - about an hour to the casino in Murphy NC, Dollywood, Cades Cove, or Gatlinburg.

Harley riders-bottom of the Cherohala 2 minutes to downtown Tellico (new Harley shop going in), Dragon's tail just over an hour. Full day's ride? Do the Cherohala Dragon's Tail loop, return to Tellico for a great meal at local restaurants or retire to your private quarters on a hill at the end of a dead end road & watch the sunset going over Bald River Falls of the Tellico Plains Mountains.

Car clubs congregate, white water rafters just thru infamous Coker Creek to the Ocoee River Rafting area. Conasauga Falls for hiking is just minutes away. Bald River Falls is 15 minutes up the road. Off road with your jeeps in the many unpaved trails.

Our toyhauler used to provide our home while travel nursing & housed our Road King. We purchased our forever home in God's Country & RV is no longer being towed. Retired on a full hook up spot with water, electric & septic to provide an escape for others.

Furbabies will be considered on an individual basis, "toys" are not permitted in the toyhauler garage as it will accommodate 2 guests in addition to the 2 in the Queen Bedroom. Smoking is also not permitted in the rig, it will be done outside & disposed of safely and appropriately. The rig is fully self sustainable, except for food/drinks. Wifi available and a firestick should you need it. Outdoor frig, BBQ grill & music from within. Drop the tailgate & hang the screen for open air comfort, although there don't seem to be too many pests around here.

Although you are semi-secluded you will have some not so close neighbors but neighbors nonetheless, please be mindful of loud revving, & "parties" are not allowed, only 4 guests total are permitted.

Clean linens, fully stocked kitchen (except food), camp chairs, awning with side shade, charcoal grill, outside mini frig.

May be able to provide covered parking for motorcycles

This is a new listing, still working out some kinks like internet & TV, no cable at this time but working on local TV with the antenna.

Rig is permanently placed. Ample parking, covered accommodations may be available for bikes.

Trout fishing, hiking, white water rafting, offroad jeep trails, Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, casino in Murphy NC is just about an hour away.

Other things to note

4 guests maximum.
No parties, neighbors retire by 9pm.
No revving of loud motors, be mindful of neighbors.
Fur babies considered on an individual basis.
No smoking inside rig, no throwing butts on the ground.
No vehicles in the rig.
