This brand new "NON SMOKING" home away from home, sleeps up to 10. Queen bed in master with 4" memory foam topper. Second private bedroom is at the back of the camper with 2 twin size bunks that holds up to 300lbs each, foam sofa folds out to, two twin beds to sleep 2 adults or 4 small kids (extra bedding is provided). The second private room does include a smart tv. The kitchen table and couch in the main area turn into full size beds as well. There are extra blankets for each if needed. The kitchen is stocked with a microwave, gas stove top, refrigerator with freezer and kitchen sink. Living room entertainment equipped with smart tv, surround sound am/fm and Bluetooth speakers inside and outside. Outdoor kitchen comes with fridge, 2 gas burner stove, quick gas hookup and quick water hookup. There is a shower, bathroom sink and toilet and a door that goes to the bathroom from the outside, so you don't have to walk through the entire trailer to use the restroom or shower. Another added bonus, if for some odd reason your too dirty to enter the trailer, there is an outside shower for your use as well.
We have stocked the kitchen with paper plates, cups, bowls, napkins and plastic utensils. We have also stocked it with real plates, bowls, silverware, measuring cups, coffee cups pots, a cookie sheet, pots and pans. There are trash bags, ziploc bags, aluminum foil for your use as well. There is a keurig coffee maker with k-cups provided, but please feel free to bring your favorite. Since we are a family of two young boys, there is also a first aid kit on hand. This RV can connect to 30am or 50 Amp but 30amp service can only power 1 AC unit so we recommend looking for 50 Amp sites. Also the dump fee will be waived if your site has a Sewer hookup. I generally work till 5pm so delivery times may vary based on distance. But I will be ready to depart at 5pm on delivery day.
