Due to continued growth, Airgas is currently recruiting for an IT Mobile Support Specialist. He/she will take the primary lead on providing Mobile and HH support for our field locations. This includes owning the project management and installation for all Mobile devices, you will also be providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for these devices, in addition to planning out future projects.
What will I be doing?
Ordering and Maintaining of new mobile devices.
Handle specialized mobile device inventory configuration & deployment projects
Respond to and resolution of Help Desk tickets around mobile devices.
Periodically interface with Helpdesk team to be a liaison between groups to deliver resolution.
Mobile Device Inventory Management, including device assignment and retirement.
What skills and behaviors must I possess?
Detail-oriented
Working knowledge of IOS, Windows OS and Android.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
Ability to interact with staff at all levels and to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team setting.
Understanding of a wide variety of desktop applications.
What are the other requirements?
Candidates must be US citizens and pass a standard pre-employment background check and drug test.
