2018 Sunseeker Class C Motor Home with two slide outs(one in the bedroom and one in the dinette/sitting area) It is GREAT for camping and trips with your family. Your kids will enjoy having all that room during travel and it really is the perfect way to vacation.

This RV is in excellent condition with lots wonderful features.

It can sleep 6 to 8 people. We have a mattress cover on our bed, which is a queen serta mattress. The bedroom has two lights over the bed for reading, a tv and lots of storage with two closets, drawers and behind the television shelves. There is an accordion door for added privacy. The bathroom area has the toilet and sink on one side with a cabinet over the toilet as well as under the sink and the stand up shower on the other side. For added privacy you open the bathroom door all the way out and it locks in place so you have a full bathroom.

The kitchen has a U-shaped dinette that not only brings more of your family to the table to eat meals together but it also turns into a a bed. A 3 burner range stove with a glass fold up cover, oven and microwave. It has a double sink with covers, a hidden trash can under the counter with opening on top of counter with cover as well. Access to the trash to throw bag away is through the outside door of the side of the RV so you never have to bring it through the RV. Fridge and freezer as well as a hidden slide out pantry that will lock in place during travel. There is also lots of cabinets and storage throughout.

There are two recliners in the seating area and push led lights throughout the cabin that run off the battery so they will work while you are driving. These can also be slept in. There is also a TV with dvd player in the kitchen area and lots of storage. This TV will work while you are driving because it does not run off the generator so you can watch a movie on the road and when you are parked it has ability to pick up live channels from the antenna. The over head cab area has a bed, privacy curtains, cup holders and hidden storage compartment. The ladder to get up to the top fastens on the side when not using so it is not in your way and there is also a security netting that buckles to the ceiling for added safety. Also the passenger chair swivels around to face the back of the RV for added seating in that area.

The cab has a touch screen radio, screen to view the rear camera and side cameras, Ultra leather seats, a swivel passenger seat, power locks and windows, and a magnetic privacy shade. The exterior has outdoor speakers, an outdoor shower, lots of storage, and a power patio awning with led lights. There are side and rear cameras to make changing lanes, towing a car(you will need your own tow if you will be pulling a vehicle) and ease of backing up. All the windows have black out roll down shades on the inside throughout the RV. Two slide out areas, the bedroom and the dinette with recliners for nice big open spaces. Recliners can be used while driving and you still have room to walk.

You will need to bring your own bedding for the queen bed and the over cab bed. We have a sheet that fits the table bed. We offer towels, pans and some cooking utensils. We will also provide toilet paper for the bathroom and paper towels for the kitchen as well as garbage bags. We do have a coffee pot that is kept in the RV with filters. There is an extra folding tabling in one of the large storage compartments that you are free to use for when you are set up and needing more space. We do have more tables you can use upon request.

The black water tank is heated so it makes it easier when dumping. It comes with all your hoses and hookups for if you stay at an RV site.

Pickup and drop off times and location may vary depending on the day due to work scheduling. This will be discussed with the renter!
