Comes with all electric/water hookups and a large mat to go outside the door. Also has two propane tanks mounted on front ready to go. Recently purchased a generator to use also, for off the grid camping. I offer clean sheets, some cooking supplies, and some kitchen supplies. We also have a bean bag toss game in the storage compartment that is fair game!
Our favorite place to take this is Ocean Lakes Campground at myrtle beach. This campground has everything to do inside so you hardly ever have to leave!
