Want to camp in Pigeon Forge, Townsend, Gatlinburg, Sevierville or Knoxville? Enjoy our new camper (28 feet) that has an outdoor kitchen as well as indoor kitchen! The camper has full size bunk beds and a queen size bed (we placed a regular mattress in the camper-we like comfort). The table turns into a single bed for a little one if needed. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and mirror. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. We will deliver and set up our new travel trailer within 50 miles of Knoxville to the campground of your choice must include full hookups (you reserve this on your own). Well trained dogs are allowed upon approval. Please no smoking. There is a Roku smart TV inside camper. There is a DVD/radio inside the camper for use. We will provide you with linens/sheets and pillows but ask you to provide your own blankets and towels. Everything will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your visit. Five camping chairs included. We will walk you through all features of the camper and will be available to reach at any time if a problem arises.

Other things to note

Non smoking camper - it still smells new!

Always follow campground rules and Tennessee requires use of certified heat treated wood for fires. Most Food City’s have this type of wood.

This travel trailer is not child proof for little ones. There is things that you may need to put up such as first aid kit, knives and lighters in drawers, etc. when camping with little ones.

Weight on bunk beds should not go over 300 pounds on each bunk bed, wheel chocks on wheels will be placed
