Includes all hoses for sewer, water, and electric hook up. Battery and tank meter helps keep track of usage.

Sleeps: 7 Queen bed with memory foam topper, table bed, & set of Full bunk beds. Includes linens, & pillows

Amenities: Smart TV with antenna, Wifi booster, full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, blue-tooth radio, k-cup & single serve coffee maker. Outdoor kitchen includes stove & fridge.

Awning: awning use allowed with caution & deposit-10x10 canopy provided

Included: kettle, cutting board, pots, pans, bowls, cups, plates & basic utensils. Dish rag, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, & tank treatment. Propane is included but you can refill as needed.

DRY Camping: Generator Required. If you do not have one you must rent ours. Gray, fresh water, & black tank hold about 30g. The fridge can run on propane/electric. The stove, hot water heater, & furnace run on propane. AC runs on 30+ amp electricity only. Lights & water pump can run on the battery
