This RV is new and super modern with 2 full baths, full refrigerator, full kitchen, 3 slide outs and plenty of room. Auto leveling jacks w/touch pad controls, 3 TVs, tilt-a-view inclining in master bedroom, automatic generator start. 3 beds plus convertible bunks and 2 recliners. Plenty of USB charging ports and 110V outlets. Outdoor TV. Comfortably sleeps 8 people but does fit up to 10 people. We do require that driver be 30 years of age.

Wine/bottle opener, Cutting board, Utensils, Cutting knives, Kitchen scissors, Dish soap, Can opener, Paper towels, garbage bags, pot holders, dish towels, colander. Silverware, bowls, plates and cups (for 8)
Skillets and Sauce Pans.

Gas Grill, grill utensils and lighter. Folding table and 4 camping chairs.

Pillows (6), Sheet sets, Towels, hand towels, washcloths

Cleaners, Bath hand soap and again
RV-friendly toilet paper (do not flush “regular” toilet paper) in our toilets please. Thank you.

Other things to note

Delivery is negotiable. Driver minimum age is 30 years old.

If the RV is left uncleaned the $200 charge will be made. Sheets to be pulled off the beds and put in a pile. Cleaning supplies will be available on the RV.
If gray water and black water tanks are not emptied this will be $100 charge. The gas tank will be full when rented to you. If the tank is not full upon return the charge will be $50 plus the cost of gas.

Fee if returned outside of window is $20/hour.
