Located in Asheville NC, this RV is perfect for a smaller tow vehicle. We tow the trailer with a Toyota Tacoma.

We are hoping to bring joy and help make memories for families. The bunks or dinette are perfect for kids while parents can enjoy the comfy queen.
*the bunks and dinette are not the most comfortable and I would only put kids on them.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with griddle and small fridge.

We have 3 camping chairs with fold out, side tables you may use

We can provide linens for the queen, we usually just use sleeping bags for the bunks and dinette.

Recommendations

This is an easy trailer to tow. We have taken it to wonderful campsites. We love a pull through site with water and sewer hook ups.

Other things to note

We sorry, no pets allowed. You will forfeit your entire deposit if there is any evidence of pets in the trailer.

No smoking.

You will need a 2 5/16" ball for the hitch

Again, the bunks and dinette are good for kiddos, adults might not have a good night rest on them.

We will charge $100 to drain and flush the tanks if you don't want to do it.

We charge $50 if the trailer isn't tidy upon return. You aren't required to do a super clean, but it should be clean upon return, cleaning supplies are provided. Sweep, shake rugs, wipe counters, etc. Or allow us to do it for $50.

Insurance:
A renter is required to provide proof from their personal insurance carrier that liability from the tow vehicle will extend back to the rented trailer while being towed. If a renter does not have this insurance, our insurance company can provide that. It will cost $5-$18 a day depending on the value of your vehicle. This is a requirement.
