This camper is new and very clean. Don't let the size fool you, its very spacious and comfortable. The smaller size does make it easier to tow and allows for more space at your camp site. This unit has all the upgrades, This includes a roof rack for storage, a screened in add on room for relaxing outside, a mini fridge, A/C and a furnace, an inside sink, blue tooth radio, storage cabinets, a queen size bed, and an outside shower unit. This camper has a water heater and a 16 gallon water tank for dry camping. The tires are the upgraded off-road tires for traveling anywhere. Under the camper is a large storage area for all the extras you want to add on.

We provide fresh clean sheets and pillows for your comfort. Along with cleaning supplies and some paper towels and toilet paper....for just in case!

This camper is great for any parks or designed campsites with water and electric hookups. It can also be a great camper for dry camping without water and electricity.
