-Sleeps up to 10, queen bed in master, 2 twin bunks, one queen bunk (top bunk, great for kids, tough for adults to get into), table lets down into another full size bed, and couch pull out into smaller bed for 2 children. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), beautiful electric fireplace (no fuel cost if you need heat), two AC units, outdoor kitchen with grill, fridge/freezer, sink and ice maker, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, plus many add-ons. Selection of chairs are included along with basic cooking utensils for most any need.

What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 10,000 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.

-Set up and delivery available for fee, $150 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 50-amp electrical cable and 30-amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tanks, and linens for each bed and towels for 4.

NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.
-Discounts available for extended rentals (2+ weeks), military, and first responder.
-Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing.
