Our rollin' estate is Easy and fun to drive and is equipped with many safety features, such as rear back up camera and side view cameras when indicator is engaged for increased driving confidence. The floor plan features a full wall slide to maximize your living space. In the rear of the vehicle, you’ll find a spacious and private master bedroom with a queen bed and plenty of closet and storage space. The kids can find cozy places to sleep in either the Bunkhouse or the Euro Bed (over-the-cab bunk). Additional sleeping areas include the sofa and the dinette that both convert into beds. The large, dine in kitchen, complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and gas AND induction cook-top makes it easy to whip up your favorite camping meals. Full day of outdoor fun and exploring or an unexpected rainy day? Relax on the sofa in the living area and catch that game or movie. You'll also appreciate the extra large bathroom with stand up shower and sliding glass doors, with access from both the hall and the master bedroom. Step out the screen door and enjoy the shade of the 16' automatic retractable awning or the twinkle of the integrated LED lighting at night. Gather the gang and enjoy your outdoor theater next to the bonfire. You'll also find plenty of additional exterior storage compartments for all your camping gear and toys. There's even an outdoor shower! Whether you have a large family, or you enjoy a little extra elbow room, this is an excellent way to travel and enjoy your destination with all of the luxuries and comforts of home. *We charge a Mandatory $200.00 Deep Cleaning Fee for your protection and ours. Your safety is our highest priority.
*Please refer to RV Mechanical Links and owners manuals. Owner is always available for questions and assistance.
*We require renters to return our RV with sewer tank emptied. Should it be returned full, renter will be charged a Dump Fee of $150.00.
*We require renters to fill the gas tank upon return. There is a $4.00 per gallon charge should the tank not be filled.
*Delivery and Pick-up (within 50 miles) available upon request for an additional $100.00 each way.
*LP Tank must be returned filled. There is a $100.00 fee if return without filling.
