Great travel trailer, less than a year old in exceptional condition.

-Sleeps 8, queen bed in master, 2 full size bunks (I'm 6'1'' and can fit with my wife), table lets down into another full size bed, and couch pull out into smaller bed for 2 children. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), beautiful electric fireplace (no fuel cost if you need heat), upgraded 15,000 BTU AC unit, outdoor mini bar and fridge with ice maker, oversize windows for taking in all that nature, LED lighting indoor and out, plus many add-ons. Zero gravity lounge chairs and some basic camp chairs are included along with basic cooking utensils for most any need. Any specifics you may need feel free to ask, ill send any of my gear out with you if you need, just not convenient to send it all every time.

What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 7500 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller, rental includes use of my weight distribution hitch system, which will be explained upon pickup. Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are manual but I will include a drill and the appropriate sockets to make setup a breeze.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.

-Set up and delivery available for fee, $150 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case by case basis.

Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 30 amp electrical cable and 50 amp adapter, 2 full connected propane tanks, and linens for each bed.

NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Many of these items can be included if you just ask, anything I can do to make the rental as convenient as possible.

-Discounts available for extended rentals (2+ weeks), military, and first responder. Linens and basic cookware included plus some essentials such as toilet paper and plastic ware.

-Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing. I will be glad to help, but for legal reasons you are required to have the campsite in your name. Just contact me for a list of recommendations and I’ll help you in any way I can.

-Expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour on walk-through upon pickup becoming familiar with any controls and operation.

-General cleaning is included with rental, (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) in the event there is excessive cleaning required a cleaning fee of 150 will be applied.
