There is a queen bed, double sized bunk beds, and dinette & love seat both transition into sleeping areas. Our camper comfortably sleeps 8 adults but can sleep 10 if some are children that can doubled up on the bunkbeds.
Our camper requires 30-amp service, but we have a 50-amp converter. Our camper is winterized even though we live in Florida. Lol! With heating & air conditioning, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, range, farm sink, toilet, shower/tub, electric awning with LED lighting, indoor/outdoor stereo system with Bluetooth, and smart tv mounted in the main room will make it feel like a home away from home.
We rent as a delivery & set up only. All sites must include full hook up to include 30-amp or 50-amp electric, water, sewer (dump station can be used upon request depending on number of people and length of stay). Delivery charge is $150 for up to 30 miles and is $3.00 per additional mile. Delivery includes setup, walk-through, tear-down and dump. We require a 2-night minimum within 50 miles and 3-night minimum outside of 50 miles of zip code 33513 (with us being in the middle of the attraction triangle Orlando, Tampa, and Gainesville close to the 50 mile mark).
We are dog friendly (sorry, highly allergic to cats), $10 per night additional fee, 2 pets max. Dogs must be under 35 lbs. Please make sure to crate your animals when not in the RV.
Smoking in the camper will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
Included is as followed: outdoor carpet, linens, towels, pillows, gas grill, TV, games, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, 4 folding chairs, sand toys, corn hole and more!
