This travel trailer comes with all the amenities you've come to enjoy in your home, from the large flat screen TV to a private bedroom, Wi-Fi (depending on coverage area) and even the wood lookalike flooring! It comes with an outdoor kitchen, consisting of a pair of gas burners and a small fridge, great for a quick grab if you get thirsty while sitting by the fire.

This camper sleeps 10 (2 full sized bunks, a queen mattress in the "master bedroom", full sized "futon" couch and the dining table turns into a full sized bed as well) and is great for large families. We don't typically utilize the dining table and couch, so there is always somewhere to sit inside and enjoy the A/C during the heat of the day.

The large outdoor awning is Super easy to let out making a shady, rain-free shelter so you can spend the maximum amount of time in the great outdoors. Don't worry if the campground has a bathroom close by, there is easy access to the bathroom through an outdoor bathroom access, AND the camper is equipped with a 40 gallon sewer tank so you shouldn't have to dump in the middle of your stay.

The large slideout makes the floor space in the camper phenomenal! No worries that it's going to get crowded if you're all inside the camper... everyone can enjoy a late night movie on the TV!

What's included

Make sure to pack bedding for the camper, the "master bedroom" has a queen sized bed which can take normal sheets. Sleeping bags are great for kids and even adults to minimize the work that goes into the experience. Don't forget to pack towels! You are welcome to use the toilet with the provided toilet paper.

There are usable cooking (pot, pans, cutting board, knife, and utensils), cleaning (dish soap, multi purpose cleaner/wipes, vacuum, and hand broom/dustpan) supplies, and eating utensils (Plates -10, bowls - 10, mugs - 3, and silverware) in the camper, but paper plates and plastic silverware make the stay much easier and minimizes cleaning dishes which takes away from the trip. If you're a coffee drinker, you're in luck! We have a small coffee pot in the camper that has a reusable filter, just bring your own coffee grounds and water.

There is a rug that can be staked down in front of the camper for a "clean space" right outside the camper door. There are also folding chairs that are available if you'd like to utilize them (let us know and we'll bring them). We also have a small grill that you are welcome to use to make cooking a little easier than over an open fire, just bring your own charcoal and let us know you'd like to use it.
