The unit is easily towable and light. Has a kitchen with a sink, two-burner stove, and refrigerator. Has a pop-out queen and full-size beds along with a convertible dinette. The dinette table can also be used as an outdoor table if needed. Has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. It also comes with a coffee pot and filters, paper plates, solo and coffee cups, plasticware, sheets and bedding for all beds, a two-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, towels, washcloths, hand towels, soap for doing dishes and washing hands.

Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 4000 lbs. You must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and an electric trailer brake controller.

Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, wheel chocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 30 amp surge protector and electrical cable , 1 full connected propane tanks, bed linens (1 queen, 1 double ), 4 bath towels, 1 hand towels, and 4 washcloths, pots/pans for cooking, all cooking utensils, paper and plastic products (plates, bowls, silverware, cups), coffee pot (coffee not included), two adult chairs and 5 kid chairs, tv with all necessary cables.

NOT PROVIDED WITH RENTAL: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is forbidden inside the trailer. Any evidence of smoking inside the trailer will result in additional cleaning fees and potential loss of security deposit. No Pets! There will be a late fee of $60 assessed for every hour that you are late.
