This Class A is a special unit. This motorhome was built based on a toy hauler model but instead of a rear garage it has an extra-large rear bedroom and party deck!!

Sleeping Arrangements
• The unit sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 kids comfortably
• 1 king bed in the back with a large wardrobe, TV, and a ceiling fan
• 1 double bed above the cab
• 1 large fold-down dinette
• 1 fold-down sofa

1.5 Bathrooms
• Main bathroom is a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink and on the wall.
• The half bath is in the master suite with plenty of storage as well
• 2 hand towels and a bathmat are included
• RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging).

Kitchen
Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen with a good amount of counter place.
• 3-burner gas stove with a lid and oven
• Double sink
• Full-size microwave and a full size, double door residential refrigerator and freezer.
• There is a lot of cabinet space to keep things organized.
• Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more.

There are 3 air conditioners so it will stay plenty of cool in the summer.

3 slide outs for tons of room! And being a Class A, there is tons of storage underneath as well.

Party Deck
The deck is in the rear and has steps to the ground. There is a kitchenette that includes a TV, sink, and small fridge.

Pets
This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee.

Insurance
There are 3 insurance packages that is offered. As renter you can choose the level of insurance. If you are not seeing 3 options, please reach and let us know.
