A queen-size bed in the back that slides out, a 76" Jack-knife sofa that converts to a bed, a drop-down overhead bunk with a 38" X 73" sleeping area. Captains chairs that swivel all the way around to face the interior when parked. A removable table between the captain's chairs as well as a removable dining table which allows you to have more room inside the coach when you're not using it to dine.

You are welcome to use our long-range two-way walkie talkies for free, come handy while parking/leveling the RV, or keep track of the family.

***It will be necessary to empty all the tanks before returning it, or $50 dump fee. Please make sure to refill the propane and gas tank. You may pick up the RV at 2:00p and return by 12:00p unless alternate plans have been made with us.

Two indoor TV's, & one outdoor, DVD Player, Stereo, Bluetooth. Outdoor shower. Stocked with basic kitchen supplies including a coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, real silverware, plates, cups, coffee cups, zipper bags, trash bags, dish towels, dish soap, basic spices/seasonings, cutting board, electric griddle, Dyson v6 handheld cordless vacuum, TP, cleaning supplies, 30/50 AMP power cord w/ extra extension cord, water hose w/ filter, upgraded sewer discharge hose w/ electric pump, tools, and leveling blocks.

***Sorry, NO OFF ROAD use, and we don't allow our RV to be be taken to festivals, or motocross events.

***For Holidays Weekends 5 nights or longer is required at the regular rate, or $289/night for a minimum of 3 nights.

***All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Must bring your own bedding, linens, and bath towels due to COVID-19.

***Overall I am very flexible and just want to make this a smooth and fun process for you.
