This 45-minute practice is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
Special Considerations
All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
Yoga mats will be provided to all guests. Guests may also bring their own yoga mats and blocks, if preferable.
Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather conditions.
