1. Appetizer: Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. - Wine Pairing: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc – A crisp, herbaceous white wine that complements the basil and acidity of the tomatoes. dry and fresh, with crisp fruit flavors and bright minerality.
