Struggling to come to terms with the death of his childhood best friend, Steve enters The Fallen Angel, a bar where the living can meet dead loved ones to help them grieve. But rather than gain closure, Steve uses the bar to keep the past alive, preventing him from moving on. Last Call at the Fallen Angel is an original play written by Alex Parkinson that explores the comedy of death and the tragedy of life. Alex stars as Steve, alongside Eric Castaneda, Coley Campany, Darrell Snedeger, Veanna Black, and Armond Snowden.
TRIGGER WARNING: Although mostly lighthearted, the play deals with death, cancer, grief, and suicidal ideation.
