Rise and grind with this 45-minute, high-intensity interval training class.
Using various cardio equipment and body weight, our instructors will guide you through a workout to build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Our high-intensity interval training class focuses on building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.
Special Considerations
Class is complimentary for all guests staying overnight at the Inn at Chateau Elan.
Please meet instructor 15-minutes before the start of class. Class will be instructed inside the Fitness Center within the Inn at Chateau Elan.
Locker room access is available within the Fitness Center for all guests.
Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside and are subject to change.
