Designed to target your legs and glutes, this 45-min Bands & Buns class is an intense isometric glute workout.
With guided instruction, guests will use two types of resistance bands – one small loop for use around the knees and legs and one large loop for squat postures. Great for activating your lower muscle groups, Bands and Buns is a “burnout” style workout, focusing on high reps at a lower resistance.
Special Considerations
All guests should plan on arriving 15-minutes prior to the start of class and check-in at the Spa at Chateau Elan.
Lockers and changing rooms are available for all guests. Access to additional spa amenities are not included.
Exercise and resistance bands will be provided to all guests. Guests may also bring their own bands, if preferable.
Class size is limited. Classes can be taught inside or outside, dependent on weather conditions.
