Last week, fans woke up to the exciting news that Chevrolet is coming out with a new high-performance version of the Corvette that blasts out over 1,000 horsepower. Once people got to the part where this hyper-'Vette will probably cost around $250,000, there were undoubtedly gallons of morning coffee spit out on to computer screens and smartphones, at that shocking price.
