Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth with a Swedish 'Princess' Cake


CUMMING, Ga. — The signature cake of Sweden is as visually appealing in pastels as it is delightfully sweet.  

“It’s the most popular cake in Sweden,” Anna Bringle of Swedish Dreamish told At the Table ATL.

“Birthdays, graduation, funerals … actually whenever,” Bringle, who was born and raised in Sweden, explained. 

A nurse, Bringle juggles the demands of her career with a love for baking, which she officially launched into bakery business, Swedish Dreamish.  

“How does this dish represent Sweden?”

“Now it’s so popular, that even with Easter they make the princess cake yellow. For Halloween they make it orange,” Bringle explained.
