Lincoln And Mental Health Company To Make Driving Less Stressful


We live in a stressful world. The pace of modern life is dizzying, and things never seem to get any easier these days. Tensions from challenging home or work responsibilities can creep into other areas, including the driver’s seat. To help motorists stay focused and maybe even become a little more energized, luxury automaker Lincoln has partnered with mental health company Calm to create a new in-vehicle app.

Take A Breath And Clear Your Mind

Called Elevated Journey, this service is available exclusively to drivers in the U.S. via the Google-based Lincoln Digital Experience in-vehicle infotainment system. This setup is available in the automaker’s latest and greatest models, including the 2024 to ‘25 Nautilus, as well as the 2025 and up Aviator and Navigator utility vehicles.

Lincoln and Calm have been working together for five years. The new Elevated Journey app is the latest fruit of this ongoing partnership.

Elevated Journey provides guided audio content that is “designed to support wellbeing and mindfulness while driving, with sessions narrated by author and meditation teacher Jeff Warren.” The goal of these little exercises is to help users feel “refreshed, peaceful, and inspired.” Good luck with that these days, but every little bit can certainly make a difference.
