From the gorgeous turquoise lakes and the rugged alpine peaks of Mount Revelstoke National Park to the peaceful sounds of Begbie Falls and its lovely beach area, Revelstoke has something great to offer for almost anybody who visits this gem of a town.

Revelstoke is situated on the banks of the mighty Columbia River and is also home to the BC Hydro owned Revelstoke Dam. The dam uses the Columbia River to make electricity for BC’s residents and in turn, created Lake Revelstoke, which provides an excellent recreation area for locals and visitors alike.

Upon arriving at this small city you will immediately be blown away by the dramatic mountain ranges that surround the valley. The town is situated deep in a valley below the massive Columbia Mountain ranges which are 135,952 km² (52,491 sq mi).
