EV News You Might Have Missed: Mercedes Gets Artsy, Tesla Readies New Battery Plant, And Brace For C

Even though they’ve matured significantly in recent years, becoming a viable transportation option for countless drivers, electric vehicles are still largely an emerging technology, one that has a long way to go before internal combustion is dethroned. Moving in this direction, there’s always something going on in the world of hybrids and EVs, much more than we can typically cover here at TopSpeed. Mercedes-Benz Gets Artsy With New CLA

To help build brand awareness and have a little fun, too, Mercedes-Benz is partnering with a range of creators from the design, music, and sports industries. The automaker’s Class of Creators will highlight the work of five artistic visionaries, including Colm Dillane, a fashion designer and the creative head of KidSuper.
