Our second choice, Cabo Pulmo National Park, may be the most singularly remarkable natural attraction in a region that seemingly has too many to count. Not only does this spectacular offshore marine sanctuary boast a colorful living coral reef, it also showcases the highest concentration of undersea life found anywhere in the Sea of Cortés.
