The last two years in car design have seen nearly every manufacturer offer blackout packages – optional extras that turn much of the chrome on a car’s exterior to black or a close-to-black, dark, glossy shade. Audi is the latest to get in on the trend, with a Design Edition package for the 2023 S6 and S7.
But the German company says it’s a limited edition, and they don’t plan to offer it after the 2023 model year. It’s also more expensive than most – it adds $2,500 to the MSRP – but it’s a little more extensive, too, including a contrast-color black roof. Read full automotive article here.
